Light golden colour with very fine lasting bubbles and bead. Mineral spring.
AROMA:
Fresh white nectarine-/white peach with custard/-char. Loafs of fresh baked bread yeastiness.
TASTE and TEXTURE:
white nectarine, mineral tonic, lasting fresh baked bread mineral effervescence, bottle age complexity.
